Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days therefore please allow 7- 10 working days for your order to arrive. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Covid Impact

Outbreaks of COVID can have a dramatic effect on staff levels - Office, warehouse and drivers - across the UK. This on top of the amount of freight being received may lead to delays and may affect your delivery.

We are striving to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and apologise in advance for any delays and disappointment

Weston Park Cancer Charity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
